Hatteras chrome plated cast stanchion base. “6493” is cast into this base. Triangular shaped base measures 4 3/4” by 3 3/4” and is 4 1/2” tall. They have an approx. 20-30 degree angle and are for 1” diameter rail. New old dealers stock. Very minor blemish from storage.
