Used Regal boats steering wheel. This steering wheel was removed for the reason of an upgrade. The outside diameter measures approximately 13 5/8” and has a 4” dish. The center hub measures 4 1/2” in diameter. Black leather with stainless steel spokes and trim. This steering wheel has seen limited use but there are cosmetic blemishes to the leather and stainless from normal use and from storage as noted in the photos. There is no center hub included. For these reasons, this steering wheel is being sold as-is and is not returnable.
