Used Yamaha 5.0 DR V/8 outdrive. The tag reads; Model 5.0 V/8 DR, serial number 6T5 AR 005118. This unit was removed from a 1994 Rinker boat. The case is in very nice shape with no damage and almost no corrosion. Although the outdrive rotates easily and shifts properly, there appears to be an excessive amount of play or backlash while rotating the driveshaft. The oil was very clean with no signs of metal. No other testing has been done to this outdrive. Because of this condition this item is being sold as-is for parts or repair.
